Will be replaying XC2 from scratch, any 100% completion guides I can follow?

Want to know what the best guide will be to use as I will be replaying but with the Switch 2 Edition, thanks in advance and apologies if this has been asked before. I played and beat the game on release and have forgotten pretty much everything.

Also are there any videos that explain the combat system/other things like Blade stuff well? I remember trying to watch I think an Enel video years ago and it just overwhelmed me because it felt like info-dumping.
