MacOS Screen time bugs

hey guys can someone suggest me a good screen time tracker i am looking to reduce my total screen time
the screen time by mac in setting is very buggy it i don't know how but sometimes the screen time of safari is even higher than the total screen time it shows
latest i went on a trip and i shut down the mac before going and kept it at home i came back after 2 days and it shows 24h under "All Usage"
is there anyy way to fix this or any other application would also work
