Don't understand what to look for in a card- first timer

Help Needed/ Question

I have some SBI simply save card that I used throughout college, and want to get a better one, now that I actually have income.

As per the subreddit suggestion:

Current sibil- 789 (has been dropping recently due to high limit usage- another reason I want another one)

Age: 21

Monthly income: 90k

Monthly expenses: 13-15k on flights, 15-25k on food/uber/other online expenditure

I have been looking at some offerings from hsbc, axis, and hdfc, but I dont understand reward points, cashback etc.

I'm leaning more towards travel focused cards, since a flight every month is fairly frequent imo, and I would like to benefit from it somehow. I've looked at axis horizon, hsbc travel one, but again- I dont understand the reward structure. Would it really be worth it, when the travel expenditure is so relatively low?

On the other hand, I looked at the cashback cards like ICICI/sbi. These are mainly capped at 1500/m.

So, in essence, what should I be prioritizing? Do my low expenses sort of make benefits meaningless? In either case, would love some insights, and recommendations.

Also, what is a realistic credit limit to look for? I'd like something around the 1.2L range, so my expenses come around the 30% mark. Is this possible?
