My friend is getting married and for her Bachelorette wants to do Knotts Scary Farm. All I ever hear is "you stand in line for hours." How can I best prepare my body? I do experience physical fatigue if I do too much in a day, so I'm already planning on doing nothing until it's time to get ready and go.

I am currently searching for new shoes with better cushioning and support, but other than that, what would you do? Generally, extended standing/walking gives me a sore lower back and sometimes neck. If i don't pay attention to my stance i end of shifting my weight back and forth from left to right, which exacerbates the aforementioned and gives me knee pain. My feet feel swollen but never look swollen (from past experiences in sandals).

I'm still new to the research and all the options and what would benefit me vs someone else and what aids assist with which symptoms. I hope I included enough relative information.
