Looking for a Miracle By Wanda & Brunstetter

Hey guys, does anyone know if this book is meant for young adults? The writting seems a bit childish to me. Got the book for practically nothing so decided to give it a go, but just wondering. I have two of these "Brides of Lancaster County" series. TIA. 😄
