I don’t know how to proceed further

Hi everyone, recently qualified CA and have been converted from an article to a consultant at ey.

The work that I have been getting is super interesting and fun

But the team is hella toxic and there’s a lot of politics

My manager has been complaining about my laid back attitude and causal approach towards work

I admit i might have taken that much initiative
But in my defense it takes me 2.5 hours to reach office single side and that too thrice a week, I am not saying I am the only one that travels so much to reach office. But it’s becoming really difficult for me to handle the pressure all of a sudden.

The client are all together given to me and am expected to know everything when infact it’s just been a month since I joined this team.

I have been trying to give my best to learn but I am so exhausted by the daily micro management that a part of me rebels against what ever my manager asks of me.
