Dji O4 not seen by DJI Assistant

As title — bought a new drone. Trying to update firmware in DJI O4 Pro, when I plug it in with a working data cable, isnt.

Yes im plugging it into the usb of o4 and not fc.
Yes betaflight is working.

Anyone has a fix?
