What’s wrong with my belly button piercing?

I got my belly button pierced on the 15th March 2025 and I’ve been cleaning it well and kept it in. Right now there nothing really abnormal. No pain, bruising, or swelling. But I’ve noticed there is this ongoing discharge that crusts up. I’m confused whether my piecing is healed or not.
