LPT Advice on picking a better career path or finding better jobs?

I am a 24 year old with 2 kids and graduated in illustration, what shouldn’t have been a surprise to me is my degree is worth jack shit and I have to move back in with my parents with a wife a 2 year old and a newborn am I screwed for life? I want to pursue a masters in business administration because I’ve researched and found it’s a degree that has one of the highest returns on investment so hope that leads to something but I’m worried that the same result of getting a worthless degree will happen. I didn’t expect my BA degree to lead to an art job right of the bat but thought I’d at least be able to get management jobs to scrape by but I make the same as high schoolers. I work at target and hate retail but am working on promoting there anyways. I guess my question is, is my plan for a masters good? Is there any advice for people like me who feel like a failure as a provider and want better but wasted their time on a stupid pipe dream?
