Is Bird Buddy set up hard?

I’m considering getting a Bird Buddy for my parents, but they’re not very tech-savvy. For those who own one, how easy was the setup and day-to-day app experience?
My parents are the type who won’t tell me they’re struggling or ask for help, so I want to make sure they can actually enjoy using it independently. I’d love to hear your experiences!
