Why BND tickets are so expensive?

I live in tier2/3 city. There are just 3 theatres. Tickets are normally priced at 70-80(+30 for 3D) rupees for early morning shows and 150-250 for other shows.

But the prices of BND tickets are another level. Starting from Rs 300 to Rs 550 for morning shows and Rs 360 to Rs 650 for other shows.
