Where to live?? Pleasee help your girl out

So me and my sister were planning to move in together in a **1bhk** she has her office in gurgaon and I have to go to my coaching in karol bagh so we planned to get a flat somewhere in the middle and we decided on areas of South delhi where travel times for both of us is around 40mins to an hour.

Anyways we don't know anything about the areas I just know about the metro stations but in **those specific metro stations what areas should** we look into

1. like the **areas** should be near to the metro as we have to travel daily, it would be great if its on **yellow line** ( but I am open to suggestions on other lines). \[Like 1km max\]

2.It should be an **area safe** enough for two girls to live like it should not have shady lanes, should be a **good neighbourhood.**

3.It would be great if it **does not have the waterlogging problem** 😭😭 but I get it it's delhi and waterlogging happens everywhere here.

Yeah Ig these just sums up my maximum demands. Also we don't have any idea about the rent so how much would the rent be we were hoping for somewhere around **20k** but it's extendable to 22-23k conditioned that our requirements are met.
