Areas to avoid during heavy rains

Kakalipat ko lang sa Makati last year so I'm not familiar which areas get flooded. I saw videos last night where Chino Roces got flooded

Which areas should I be avoiding? I live around Nicanor Garcia, am I safe to go to nearby establishments (glorietta, powerplant) or not?
