I'm the developer of a Windows app called Convertify. It can convert between over 300 file formats, offline, private, powerful, easy, and fast.

It converts PDF to and from Word, Excel, images, and a bunch of other formats, in batch, entirely offline, no upload step, which was the reason I built it. Every "free online PDF converter" wants your document on their server.

Free for single files, all formats, no watermark. Batch is $19.99 lifetime, one time. Code PDFSUB is 50% off through Sunday.

What I want to know: what does PDF conversion mangle for you? Tables, embedded fonts, forms, multi-column layouts? What are your favorite tools or websites currently lacking?
