Is it possible to get a good laptop with budget about $750?

Hello! Sorry, English isn't my native and I've just woken up. My old laptop is already dying after about 7 years of using, and I want to get a new one, just for studying and playing not-too-demanding video games, like Rimworld or Cult of the Lamb, but I'm afraid that I wouldn't be able to buy anything at least somewhat satisfactory for $750, which is the highest limit for me because I'm a teen and don't have a job
