My wife usually turns down sex, but I found something interesting

My wife doesn’t have a high sex drive, so most of the time she says no when I initiate.

What surprised me, though, is that if I need some relief on my own, she doesn’t mind if I do it while she’s lying next to me. In fact, she seems to prefer that over hiding it.

I honestly thought she’d find it disrespectful or awkward, but she doesn’t seem bothered by it at all.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
