need a miracle pls

someone pls help me

i work full-time third shift at a warehouse name mahle and have done so for the past six months it's a great job and I love what I do and I'm moving up quickly but we make car parts for Nissan Honda Subaru and a couple others unfortunately Nissan shuts down for two weeks and Honda shuts down for one during Christmas in July which really put a hurt on my finances! i have 3 kids 21,15 and a 5 year old son who has autism and hdhd so when he turned through my wife quit her job to stay home and take care of him meanwhile a few months ago I started having migraines back to back sometimes week long and very debilitating turns out I have neurofibromatosis type two and a tumor behind my left ear but I continue to work because my family needs it but long story short I had one of the worst upbringing you could have I lost my mom when I was 13 in my arms after a long battle and watching her die for six years only to have my biological father take his life afterwards so basically I have no one right now and I need help getting through the next two weeks I have proof proof of work with check stubs etc. if anyone can help me please let me know....
