Denver Show Rescheduled - Refunds

Megan stopped her show in Denver last night and ended up rescheduling for a later date, also noting that anyone unable to make the new date for the show would be granted a refund through their point of sale. Has anyone had an issue with requesting a refund?

I bought my tickets through Gametime and they state that since the event wasn’t cancelled but was “rescheduled” they do not offer a refund. They have stated multiple times that my tickets are not able to be refunded despite not being able to attend the new date.

The tickets are not available for resale either, as the rescheduled date does not show on her list of shows.

Feels like I just have to eat the cost of the tickets… anyone else dealing with this?
