Topemax and vivid dreams write horror movies, my poor partner

The adjustment hadn't been too easy, but i am willing to pay a steep price for a month or for months or years of migraine relief if that's the payoff. I am a daily sufferer. There have been a few side effects, and lucid dreaming is one.

Last night, I woke up and thought I saw my daughter at the end of my bed. She was a bit surreal and moving in a way that didn't fit. I already had soft dreams the last week, so my brain wasn't sure if this was real. I nudge my partner awake awake. Look to them and say

"Where is Sarah?"

"In her room," my partner replies.

I dead ass reply, "Then what's standing there?" And point like a fucking shamen in some shitty horror film.

My partner tells me to go back to sleep the panic checks the cameras.
