Event colors feature request.

Would there be any way or chance of calendar event colors to still appear while using tinted/glass icons? I don’t use any of those options solely because it makes the widget hard to read and event colors disappear. The only way to keep the event colors is to use the original or dark icons. Is that even something you could control or is it all on apples side that forces it?
