Golden Visa UAE - Skilled Professional

Dear Reddit Users,

I have a question about golden visa by employment. Should I complete 2 years with 1 company and get visa renewed with them to start the application ( other conditions are fulfilled) the question is only about when to apply ?

What do you suggest? Applying myself or via helpers/agencies?
