First time exploring North India (Sept–Oct) Need suggestions!

Hi Everyone!

I’ll be coming from Bangalore and this will be my first time exploring North India. I’m planning a 2 month workation (September–October) with Delhi as my base, so I’m looking to travel slowly rather than rushing through places.

My initial plan was to start with Ladakh in the first week of September, but I heard there’s a marathon around that time, so it might be crowded. Is it still worth going then, or should I start somewhere else?

I’d love recommendations on the best places to visit during September and October Himachal, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Spiti, or anywhere with amazing scenery and good weather.

Any itinerary suggestions or tips would be appreciated!
