Pantheon Currency

As I was working to tweak my heroes and advancing them through levels and Ascensions, I am able to resource necessary elements through either various shops or Campaign rewards. Atlantis seems to be a hit or miss on the basis of your alliance performance and is the sole place for Pantheon currency. Would it be worthwhile considering making the Pantheon elements also available through retro-fitting into Campaign rewards offering those with poor Atlantis options an additional means to advance their heroes?
