H4 + H4 EAD extension - Litigation

Anyone filed Writ of Mandamus (WOM) aka litigation to speed up H4 and H4 EAD approval? If so, what was the outcome and which law firm did you use? I’m thinking of filing one but not sure if it would help. Ours is a premium H1 plus H4 and EAD extension. Thanks for yiur input.
