Looking for an upgrade or probably downgrade.

Currently have a one plus 12 since launch, and it's been super glitchy shortly after the recent news of leaving US markets.

The only major requirement is a super long battery life, I run ultra marathon distances and having a music player connected to a phone(which is required by most races) over carrying two devices or a heavy charger is preferable. I usually have to stop and grab a power pack or leave it charging with the crew 3-4x a race.

I would like something similar to the lite phone, or other "dumb" phones, but the need for Spotify/music and connection to my watch makes that specific phone unusable for my needs.
