Persistent effects rules query

40k Discussion

A unit with rez abilities is the Beacon, and it's also the opponent's oath of moment target - it dies, the character has a rez and stands back up end of phase, is he still the Beacon and is he still Oath of moment?

specific example, 3 deathshroud terminators with a lord of contagion leader. DST all die in the shooting phase, Lord dies as well, end of the shooting phase he rolls to stand back up on 2+ and succeeds.

The unit had been chosen for the Beacon secondary, and was also enemy Space marine player's Oath of moment.

I think both effects persist through onto the resurrected lord of contagion now he's by himself, after passing is rez roll, but i cant how to show that rule to anyone who asked.

Lord of contagion's rez rule:

The first time a model with this ability is destroyed in a battle round, roll one D6 at the end of the phase. On a 2+, set that model back up on the battlefield, as close as possible to where it was destroyed and not within Engagement Range of any enemy units, with 3 wounds remaining. Each model can only be set up in this way once per battle.
