Rent a private theater

I’m looking to rent a private theater so my girlfriend and I can watch one of her favorite movies. I can’t rent out the regal or Edward’s theater.

I did contact the promenade apartment complex to see if I could rent their theater but haven’t heard back. Any ideas?
