Fuji norcom straight 1.1 on 1500 euro, worth it?

So I am new in the world of tri, and yet i dont have a proper bike to train.
I found a bike, the Fuji norcom straight 1.1 size M/L
with the equipment:
- Ultegra r8000
- Dura Race r9100
- Wheels BNS Strada 90-90mm
- Saddle prolongo NDR
- Pearl Painted (i dont know if this means that it was scratched and then painted 🤷‍♂️)
and the gears are 52-36

I, really, dont know most of these, and what's the actual meaning of them, but I have a general idea on the brand "fuzi"
Worth checking on it, or should I pass it?
