Konza lands

Hey guys , since i can't post in r/kenya and r/nairobi, am just gonna ask it here, has anyone bought land in konza, i have been seeing the adverts and they are pretty cheaper saw some for 500k - 800k, is it worth getting one there.

Any advise on how to go about getting lands , research to do and how to not get scammed will be appreciated
