Help needed for UM (october intake) application!!

I am an international student from Indonesia interested in applying for UM's October intake (undergrad program), but I am kinda confused about the documents and stuff and I would absolutely appreciate any help or guidance!! (Especially from fellow Indonesian students that has completed the application process!!) :>
