Help with a potential kitbash

I’m thinking of making a Dungeon Crawler Carl, but I’m not sure where to start. The legs seem to be my biggest hurdle so far. All I can think to use is the Deadpool with the boxers, but his skin is obviously a big issue with that. Heads are gonna be easy, and I’m thinking of using Cables arm for Carls gauntlet, even though it’ll be on the wrong arm. The jacket and cloak also shouldn’t be too big of an issue. I can always just grab any coat/vest and cloak overlay and use that.
