30F with suspected endo

Hey all! I’ve been trying to figure things out and find my way to a doctor or specialist but I’m having no luck & I don’t know how to get my doctor to take me serious.

I’ve been dealing with this outrageous left sided neck (in the scalene, SCM area) into my left shoulder blade and left arm. It flares up CONSISTENTLY before & during my period each month. I always know I’m about to start bleeding because my left arm will go completely numb and I have a panic attack every single month like clockwork thinking I’m having a stroke. This happens every single time & the only thing I can think of is, is this endo related? COULD it be endo related? Does this even make sense to be related to endo? I’m at a loss, the pain in my shoulder blade & neck gets debilitating & it’s depressing. This has been happening for upwards of 6 years now with so many dr appts and diagnostic testing. Nothing it wrong with my muscles or anything, TOS has been denied & im in other words “normal and fine” according to doctors :(
