Going by their top respective students, Tien Shinhhan and Son Goku, I believe Crane school had t/ better techniques.

Going into Z we see a lot of t/ Z Senshi adopting t/ techs of Crane School but rarely do you ever see Tien bust out a Kamehameha unless in jest 😆.

We all know t/ K-Wave is a low tier tech. Anyone can demonstrate it simply by observing it once or twice 🤣.

Dodonpa was more efficient, less messy. One wouldn't have to worry about accidentally obliverating t/ Earth by a accidental misfire 😆😇
