English speaking international student options

Hi! I’m an early 40’s international student from an English speaking country with a bachelors degree. I’m looking to Germany/Europe as an option to continue education and immigrate.

I’m new to Germany/Europe as a study destination and wanted to learn what my best options are. Looking for school recommendations (optimizing more for vocational skills, lower fees, ease of teaching language and post grad opportunities) AND also any other advice anybody has based on their experience as an international.

I recognize that language can definitely be a barrier but glad to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
