unis like university of Bath

I'm looking to go to the university of Bath but due to high living costs I was wondering which universities in the UK (but preferably in England but not London) are similar in terms of the overall vibes of the uni if that makes sense? I'm a bit overwhelmed by all of the different course options anyway and adding living costs is making it worse.

I'm not particularly worried about it being a highly prestigious or fancy university like Oxbridge but somewhere with nice architecture or architecture similar to Bath would be great. I'm also looking to study something in the field of psychology but potentially French as well.

If anyone could offer advice I'd be very grateful, thanks. :)
