Use Calendar Adress for navigation

Hi,

I'm just stuck. I want to check my calendar to see if there's an appointment with an address in the next 30 minutes. If so, I want it to launch Google Maps and start navigation.

I just can't seem to get the data to transfer from the calendar to Google Maps. Can anyone help me?
