is aiming for a 10+lpa job after btech from soa way far fetched?

so as for my qualifications so far i scored 90%+ in 10th and 80% in my 12th boards after taking pcmb as my stream
i tried my level best to secure a seat in a govt college but atp it seems highly unlikely
originally my plan was to head into research, do my bsc or bs ms from india and then move overseas for higher studies, become a woman in stem and blah blah blah
anyways again all that seems highly unlikely now

since i am eligible for btech theres a high chances i might do it in cse branch
(w hopes that i get it)

now kiit is too costly for me w low roi as i heard
soa iter is still affordable and i hv heard that it focuses on academia more than kiit does, which i am completely okay w, i am okay with next to no fests and stuff at college

anyway so now that i might be doing this degree i do not wish to land 3 to 4 lpa jobs here, although that might be the reality idk
i was good at java coding till 10th, i recently learned python from yt, and i am ready to work extra hard in clg and maintain a good (hopefully 9+) cgpa , gain skills work on em and try to land a 10+lpa job
i also wish to do mtech and a phd after btech from overseas

so umm pls tell me that if i do do all the work then these aspirations of mine are achievable and not extremely far fatched? like what is the ground reality? what parts should i focus and work on more to get where i want ? all advices and positive criticism is welcome.
