Best customer service?

Hi guys

I completed a purchase from kitddm, and aside from an email confirming that shipment has been made I've heard nothing more. I've tried both email and whatsapp for some additional questions, it's been a few days and nada.

Is there a supplier where you've felt like they always answer pretty quickly? I got some urgent questions before potentially placing another order!
