Go Live As A First Timer

If your app is ready for users, and you are ready to go live. How should you approach it? Should you have a company set up, bank account, associate stripe, and hire a lawyer for terms of service review and follow this up with some aggressive marketing? For context I am in the US. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
