I need help

I asked my partner to pass me my phone, when they did they were accidentally pressing button/s and the phone was rebooting, since the I cannot get any sound out of it,even going to setting it won't allow me to adjust the sliders ,what am I missing or doing wrong .it's Android 16 on a ulephone armour 27t. It was not dropped or made wet.
