Purplle app customer support

So my mum placed an order (COD) of elite membership on purplle app cz we frequently ordered from them and when I got to know I checked the terms nd conditions for it nd after reading those I tried to cancel the order immediately but idk why I can't see the option to cancel..... I tried contacting their customer support but I can't...... Can anyone please help me regarding that?
