Gluten Free Grab-and-go options?

Hi everyone, recently diagnosed w/ coeliac and was wondering if anyone knows any spots in town to get quick, premade grab-and-go GF food (sandwiches, pasta, etc.) In UK Tesco they have GF meal deals but doesn’t seem to be a thing here, even the sushi in Fresh is filled with gluten :( Thanks!
