New to roguetrader and the warhammer universe

Okay so i recently finished my second playthrough of Baldurs gate and i just really love its combat style (even more than its story) and from what i can see from gameplay videos and all Roguetrader seems really similar combat wise to bg3 so i just bought it and wanna give it a go.

but I wonder if i should try and figure out classes myself or should follow a build guide to have more fun with the game because it can be overcomplicated maybe. in this sense I tried Pathfinder wrath of the righteous and it all felt really overwhelming that i ended up dropping it. in baldurs gate my first playthrough i just did my own stuff and was fine and my second playthrough i just looked up some builds to see what could be fun.

if you would advise me to follow a build guide do you have any recommendations of where to find these? Thanks in advance!
