Can I pet your dog?

Life's a PITA and I really just want to pet a dog, maybe give it a big hug. I lost my little dude a few months ago and I just honestly really miss happy, wiggly pets. I'm too shy and awkward to go up to people in a park.

I'm in Garfield. I can meet you and your doggy in any kind of public place, since I know this is a very weird ask.
