Small NGO website builders: What are you guys actually using?

Quick: for anyone working at a small non profit: what website builder are you guys actually using (Wix, Squarespace, WP, etc.) and are you happy with it?

Curious what drives you crazy the most. Is it adding donation forms, fixing mobile layout, or just trying to train new volunteers to update stuff? Would love to hear your honest thoughts or frustrations! Cheers
