Guys, i really need your advice.

i genuinely can’t endure staying in this country any longer. i live alone and i’m trying to hold onto my job just to afford surviving, but every single day it gets worse. On top of that, i constantly have to hide who i am.
I’m not even obviously gay, yet i’ve been assaulted twice by my supervisor. Both times he touched me without my consent, and it’s left me feeling trapped and unsafe. i changed jobs before and its even worse everywhere..
i desperately need to leave this country as soon as possible. i honestly don’t know what options i have or where to even start. If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows of any realistic ways to leave, whether it’s work, study, asylum, or something else, please let me know. i’d really appreciate any advice also im 20 yo if it matters…
