Withdrawal insomnia

I tapered off very slowly yet this past week since ive been off ive only been sleeping 2 hours a night maybe. Cant sleep for more than 30 minutes at a time. Tons of adrenaline and panic and sweating; how long does this last? This insomnia is so extreme i never had it this bad before
