'm a small business owner in Canada and I'm trying to understand if anyone has experienced something like this.

Over the past several months:

* My Google Business Profile has been suspended multiple times.
* I received emails threatening that my profile would be removed.
* Someone created a fake website impersonating another organization to interfere with my business.
* A public Google Community post accused my business of buying reviews and asked Google to remove my listing.
* My profile has repeatedly been marked **"Permanently closed."**

The latest incident was the strangest.

The profile was restored after legitimate edits, but about **2 hours later** it was marked **"Permanently closed"** again.

I have documentation for everything I mentioned, including:

* Screenshots with timestamps.
* Threatening emails.
* Google support emails.
* A complete timeline showing every suspension and every "Permanently closed" change.
* Police reports.
* Evidence related to the fake website.

I'm **not asking anyone to identify or accuse someone.** I'm trying to understand:

* Has anyone dealt with repeated attacks like this?
* Did Google ever investigate the abuse?
* Is there any way to get Google's Trust & Safety or abuse team involved?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
