Meet Blanca Galvin! She was my survivor in my first B42 run. I started on July 9th (go figure) and spawned in Irvington so I could give one of the new towns a try. The settings were Apocalpyse with extremely rare loot spawns.

Spent the first month clearing the town and found the raceway. Managed to get a race car which nearly got me killed on several occasions lmao. Not knowing that stable build was a lot closer than I originally thought, I was initially planning on seeing how many towns I could clear out so I was going to base up and wait for my livestock + farm to bring in a bunch of food before expanding out.

When the devs announced stable release, I knew I wouldn't be coming back here, so I suited up and my goal was to break into LV and get 10k kills. I stopped by Rosewood to grab some axes and then made may way over. Spent about 3 days clearing the military checkpoint before breaking through. I went to the hospital after to see how many zomboids would pour out and used my firebomb that I found much earlier in the run. Finally, after 3 more days of fighting through the hordes, I made it to 10k kills and decided to settle her at Chicasaw and 3rd street which was a place I found on an annotated map in the first week of my run.

This shorter run was a blast and I'm super excited for stable build! I'm probably gonna try a challenge run like Extinction or A Really CD DA, and I'm going to aim for 1 year survived since I've never done that before.

This is how I lived!
