Is my shyness turning women off?

I met 2 women in dating apps within the past 3 months we texted everyday and went on 2 dates and both of them said they didn’t feel that romantic connection with me. I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. I am very shy and can be socially awkward also I’m awful at flirting so I’m wondering if that is turning them off any advice ?
